pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;autres circonstances qui augmentent la gravit\u00e9 des dommages caus\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Au Canada, l&rsquo;agression est une infraction criminelle qui peut aller d&rsquo;une simple altercation physique \u00e0 une attaque plus grave, comme une agression grave.
