infraction est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme moins grave que le meurtre au premier degr\u00e9 mais reste une infraction p\u00e9nale tr\u00e8s grave, passible d&rsquo;une peine d&#8217;emprisonnement \u00e0 perp\u00e9tuit\u00e9 avec possibilit\u00e9 de lib\u00e9ration conditionnelle apr\u00e8s avoir purg\u00e9 un minimum de 10 \u00e0 25 ans, selon les circonstances de
