Avant de se joindre au cabinet, Mash a travaill\u00e9 comme procureur adjoint de la Couronne ainsi que comme avocat de la d\u00e9fense pour Aide juridique Ontario. Au cours de ses nombreuses ann\u00e9es de pratique, elle a men\u00e9 de nombreux proc\u00e8s, notamment dans des affaires de traite d&rsquo;\u00eatres humains, de meurtre, de tentative de meurtre, d&rsquo;infractions au code de la route, de drogue, d&rsquo;agression sexuelle et d&rsquo;infractions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la vie domestique.<\/p>\n<p>Avant de cr\u00e9er son propre cabinet, elle a travaill\u00e9 pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es sous la direction d&rsquo;un cabinet de d\u00e9fense p\u00e9nale exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 et r\u00e9put\u00e9 \u00e0 Ottawa. Cette exp\u00e9rience l&rsquo;a guid\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;un travail pr\u00e9paratoire inlassable et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;anticiper constamment le prochain mouvement de la partie adverse.<\/p>\n<p>Elle se d\u00e9place r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans l&rsquo;Est de l&rsquo;Ontario afin de repr\u00e9senter des clients dans diverses juridictions.
